Executive overview
Live decision metrics based on your products and current scenario.
Demand momentum
Portfolio monthly history and forward 3-month signal
ABC portfolio
Annualized demand value, using unit cost
Reorder planner
Rank replenishment by forecast demand, lead-time exposure, and inventory position.

Demand and supply levers
Independent planning assumptions, not historical data edits
Budget is used for comparison only. It does not silently suppress required orders.

Methodology and limits
Traceable arithmetic with transparent, editable assumptions.
The last six months receive linearly increasing weights. A capped, damped three-month trend is added. Monthly demand is normalized to 30.44 days. No external AI service or trained model is claimed.
Safety stock uses a normal service z-score and a variance approximation combining observed monthly demand fluctuations with configurable lead-time variability. Actual demand distributions may differ.
Order trigger: inventory position ≤ reorder point. Recommended quantity raises projected position toward lead-time demand plus the chosen coverage horizon and buffer, rounded to packs and MOQ.
SKUs are ranked by forecast annual usage value (forecast units × 12 × unit cost). Cumulative value up to 80% is A, up to 95% B, remainder C; boundary items may push a class beyond the threshold.
Demo products are fictional and deterministic. CSV headers must match the template. Forecasting assumes at least 12 monthly observations and stable cost/currency inputs. Past 12 months are oldest to newest.
Everything runs client-side. Saved edits remain only in this browser's local storage. No uploads, ERP integration, real-time inventory sync, or automatic purchase execution. Reloading resets nothing unless explicitly requested.
